 Dear Loop-Loc Consumer,  We wanted to take this time to let you know that unfortunately in today's internet world there are many scammers and companies that practice bait & switch tactics.  Loop-Loc has found  many companies on the internet that claim they sell Loop-Loc Brand Safety Covers and Loop-Loc Luxury Liners, but in fact they do not and never have.  Without authorization they steal our logo's and place them on their website in order to get you the consumer to email or call them. 

 These companies will most likely at first try to switch you to another brand that is "just like a Loop-Loc" cover, or in worse cases they will claim that Loop-Loc sells under different names.   We can assure you this is not true. A few cases have been reported where the consumer is told it is a genuine Loop-Loc only to receive an off brand cheap cover. We only manufacture one brand of Safety Covers which is Loop-Loc the cover strong enough to hold an elephant!  All of our covers are clearly labeled Loop-Loc , have Loop-Loc sewn into the webbing, are U.L. certified and are manufactured and shipped from our one location in Hauppauge, New York for the past 37 years.

 If the company cannot get you to switch to "the brand" of cover they are really selling, they will then tell you that you cannot get a Loop-Loc cover for 8 – 10 weeks.  Again, this is not true.  All Loop-Loc stock sized covers ship in 24 hours, our custom covers ship in under 2 weeks all year long, and our luxury liners ship in 5 – 7 business days.

 Please know that Loop-Loc tries it's hardest to police the internet and send out cease & desist letters to these scammers whenever we find out, but it is up to you the consumer to make sure you are not being scammed or cheated by these types of companies.  It's easy to find out, go to our dealer locator section on www.looploc.com, or call 800-LOC-LOOP and our customer support department will find you a legitimate Loop-Loc dealer in your area that can measure and install to meet all safety standards.

 The safety of your family and pets is of the utmost importance to Loop-Loc.  We have spent 37 years making the highest quality, safest cover and also Luxury In-ground Liners, in the market today.  Don't be fooled by cheap imitations, and fly-by-night internet companies that won't be there when you need them.  Thank you, and have a safe swim season.
