LOOP-LOC LUXURY LINER

20-YEAR PRO-RATED WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

This limited warranty certificate, when properly completed and signed by the original purchaser, will warrant to the original purchaser at the time of installation that the Loop-Loc liner by Pool Cover Corp., to which this warranty applies, is free from defects in workmanship and seam weld separation, under normal use, service, and conditions, only when installation has been correctly made by qualified swimming pool professional. *See non-warranty issues below. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to furnishing - at no cost - a replacement liner or, at our option, repairing any part or parts., which to our satisfaction, prove thus defective within 25 months from the factory shipping date. In any warranty cases, please note that Loop-Loc is not responsible for labor charges they may incur, nor will Loop-Loc offer any allowance or monetary compensation for water and/or chemical replacement.

We also warrant to the original purchaser (i.e., that person, firm, association, or corporation for whom the Loop-Loc Liner is originally installed) that, if it shall be disclosed to our satisfaction that the original Loop-Loc Liner fails under normal use, service and conditions, and if such disclosure is made within 20 years from the original factory shipping date, we will furnish a replacement Loop-Loc Liner of comparable model to such owner at a percentage of the current list price of the Loop-Loc Liner as follows:

The CUSTOMER WILL PAY 1/240 for each month or part thereof elapsed since the original factory shipping date of

the CURRENT LIST price of the replacement Liner, plus a 10% service and handling charge.

All repairs or replacements shall be f.o.b. Pool Cover Corps plant and Pool Cover Corp. shall not be liable for freight, installation, service, labor cost, or water and/or chemical replacement.

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, and of all other obligations or liabilities on our part, and we neither assume nor authorize any person to assume for us any other obligations or liability in connection with the sale of this product.

Loop-Loc is not responsible for designing your pool liner floor in regard to safety or pool type classification. Check with your diving board manufacturer regarding type classification and determine if your pool meets PHTA and ANSI standards. * NO WARRANTY WILL BE GIVEN if the Loop-Loc Liner, to which this pro-rated warranty applies has been subject to fading (of liner color or border patterns), tears, punctures, cuts caused by sharp objects, improper installation, damage caused by misuse/overuse of chemicals, ice, high water tables, or intense external thermal reaction (fire, heat, burn, etc.), animal damage. Pools should be kept full of water at all times. Loop-Loc is not responsible for any damage caused should the water be removed from the pool, including imperfections or irregularities that may occur in this instance. For pools that are equipped with Automatic Pool covers, it is important to vent or open the cover regularly to reduce heat buildup and prevent an increase in free chlorine levels. Failure to do so may result in wrinkling and discoloration of the vinyl pool liner. PH levels below 7.0 can cause the liner to grow and develop unsightly wrinkles. Damage caused by storms or any other act of God is not covered under this warranty. Please Note: No monetary allowances are given for labor or if water and/or chemical replacement is required.
